Our logo may be red, but we are teal at heart

At MTA, we’ve never had the rigid idea of introducing the teal model into the organization. In our case, the teal model has clarified somewhat spontaneously. Over time, learning from experiences of other teal organizations, we simply organized our activities in a similar way. And so here we are today, with our approach to teal.

How did it all start?

Our founder, Radoslaw Kmita says that  “We just wanted MTA to be like that. Later, we got to know that our approach has already been known as teal.”

It all started from the thought that an organization should support the development and strive for prosperity, equally for all its members, and not only for the CEO or the management board. We wanted to create a truly friendly workplace, where we can do things that drive us positively and where a good job is being done.

What are the benefits of all this, you may ask? In our approach to a teal organization, we created an outlet to express talents and skills that couldn’t be presented by performing a rigidly defined scope of duties.

Thus, everyone here can develop ownership and responsibility by having real power to shape the organization. By changing their roles, different people can acquire new experience (technical, leadership, organizational) from various areas of business operation.
