Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Joint Controllers”.

Data is collected directly from you — e.g., when signing a contract, fulfilling services, or submitting a contact form. The purposes, legal bases, retention periods, and data types are grouped accordingly.

Examples of processing purposes include:

  • Contract execution (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Contact form communication (Art. 6(1)(a), (b), or (f) GDPR)
  • Statistical purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Claims and accounting (Art. 6(1)(f) and (c) GDPR in conjunction with Polish accounting/tax law)
  • Newsletter delivery (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Social media presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • IT support, recruitment, and partnerships (Art. 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR)
  • Blog publication, testimonials, online meetings, partner programs

Data retention is dependent on the legal basis and specific purpose (e.g., for accounting, up to 5 years from the start of the following fiscal year).

§ 3. Data Sharing

Data is not shared with third parties unless:

  • You give explicit consent, or
  • Required by law (e.g., law enforcement), or
  • Necessary for service providers such as:
    • IT providers (Google, Autenti, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
    • Legal and accounting advisors (e.g., MSRR Szymańska sp. z o.o. sp.k., Krafton Accounting XON)
    • Couriers (for deliveries)
    • Analytical/advertising tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Workspace, Meta Pixel

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the Controllers use standard contractual clauses or ensure compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

§ 4. User Rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access, rectify, delete, or limit processing
  • Transfer your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)
  • Object to processing (including direct marketing)
  • Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (see § 5)

§ 5. Supervisory Authority

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with:
