Procedure for Internal Whistleblowing
and Follow-Up at the MTA Group

In order to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the MTA Group, pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of 14 June 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928), has implemented a whistleblowing procedure.

This procedure allows colleagues, contractors and others to report any irregularities that may affect the MTA Group’s business or constitute a breach of the law.
