Collaboration
09/2018 – 06/2021
When we started working together, one of the client’s key expectations was lead generation – often for highly niche products and narrow audience segments. Activities were to run simultaneously across multiple platforms, while everything had to be tied together in reporting so that the client’s team had full and reliable visibility into the lead acquisition process.
Challenges
Autodesk primarily used Adobe Analytics, which made it difficult to compare results with Google Ads and Facebook Ads data. Data frequently differed from what the client’s team saw in Adobe, requiring additional verification on our end.
As a large organization, Autodesk had extensive approval chains: significant changes required sign-off from headquarters/EMEA, which considerably slowed the pace of implementation.
Autodesk’s products are highly specialized, reaching a narrow group of recipients – making precise targeting on platforms like Meta more challenging and limiting the scale of advertising activity.
Due to the technical nature of the offering, creating effective messaging required collaboration with product experts and longer creative iterations.
