How is consulting different from full campaign management?

With consulting we don’t manage your marketing – we analyse, diagnose and recommend specific actions that you or your team (in-house or another agency) then implement.

Does consulting rule out full management later (and vice versa)?

No, some clients start with an audit/consulting to assess the potential of working together before committing to ongoing management. Others treat consulting as a regular, periodic “second opinion” on their team’s work.

How long does a consulting project take?

It depends on the service chosen. Consulting can be arranged almost from one day to the next, while workshops or a communication strategy can take up to a month.

What data do you need to start the analysis?

We usually rely on data from your store panel, ad accounts (e.g. Google Ads or Meta Ads) and Google Analytics 4. The scope depends on your goals.

Do you analyse only marketing, or also profitability/margin?
If you can provide the required data for profitability/margin analysis, then of course – we carry out such tasks for our clients.
What do we get at the end – a report, a presentation, a workshop?
We always leave you with something you can put to practical use in your next steps. For consulting it’s often a note summarising the actions to take. For workshops or a communication strategy – usually a document/presentation you can use within your company and when working with other partners.

Do you guarantee a specific increase in revenue or drop in costs?

No sugar-coating – we don’t guarantee numbers, but we show simulations based on the data you provide. The better the quality of the data and resources, the more reliable the simulation.

Who actually does the analysis – the named consultants or the team?

Individual analyses or audits may be carried out by MTA team members, but ultimately the strategist-consultant assigned to you is responsible for drawing the right conclusions and presenting them to you in a way that fits your needs.

How is consulting priced – hourly rate, package, success fee?

For short consultations we price it as a consultant’s working hour. For longer or fixed forms of consulting, we estimate the number of hours needed and then try to present the outcomes to justify the investment. Settlement based on later results isn’t simple, but it’s doable – depending on the terms of cooperation.
