In analytics projects, communication is typically handled by a Project Manager and an analytics specialist who runs the implementation. If the scope expands, additional people (e.g. developer, QA, dashboard designer) may join the team – we’ll let you know before starting.

Do you have front-end developers on the team to quickly implement events that require code? What if we don’t have our own developer?

At MTA, we work side by side with the team at CodeUnion – our sister company specializing in web development that supports us with analytics implementations on our clients’ sites. This means we can quickly handle event implementation that requires code, even if you don’t have a developer on your side. The cost of this service is set individually based on the required scope.

What does a typical audit cover?
