About the brand

TripScout is a mobile app and website that helps people plan their travels.

Founded in 2015 as an audio guide, it has since evolved into a fully-fledged tool for discovering places and creating personalized trip itineraries. It surfaces recommended articles and videos from local experts and bloggers, and lets you save any location with a single tap and add it to your plan.

Collaboration

08/2022 – present

When we started working with the client, the main goal was to support communication on social media profiles to effectively promote the products and pages of their business partners. Initially, this took the form of consulting: a few hours of advisory support and help with account setup and content activities.

Over time the collaboration grew significantly. We now have a greater involvement in the project – both in terms of time and strategy. We take an active part in planning and implementing new initiatives, work with larger budgets, and have a real impact on the development of the client’s digital channels. The scope has evolved from ad hoc support to ongoing, comprehensive service with a focus on effectiveness and growth.

Challenges

No ready-made content strategy for partners
The starting point was designing an effective content collaboration model. It required thinking through how to align partners’ goals with the client’s profile potential and selecting target audiences so that each campaign was both engaging and commercially effective.
Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
With concurrent campaigns for different partners and markets, the challenge was scheduling, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization – ensuring each project achieved maximum impact regardless of scale or location.
Adapting communication to different cultures and local contexts
When promoting content tied to specific cities and countries, the challenge was tailoring language, narrative, and targeting to audiences from different parts of the world. Local nuances had a real impact on the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Technical requirements and budget management
Each campaign required obtaining the appropriate access and approvals within the Meta system, which often delayed the start of activities. Additionally, budgets were settled on a performance basis, requiring flexibility, quick decision-making, and continuous results monitoring.
