About the brand

Multikino, part of the Vue International group, is the largest cinema chain in Poland.

Besides film premieres, Multikino hosts concerts by world-renowned artists and broadcasts of sporting and opera events, offering audiences a wide range of cultural experiences. As part of Vue International, Multikino implements a shared growth strategy aimed at delivering unique, engaging cinema experiences – both in major cities and smaller towns. For years the brand has built an image of a place where the movie is just the beginning, not only through its program but also through its flexible approach to audience needs and openness to new entertainment formats.

Collaboration

11/2017 – present

The partnership aimed to shift Multikino’s marketing strategy from brand-awareness building toward performance-driven activity. Core efforts included Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns designed to increase online ticket purchases and reduce customer acquisition cost.

Challenges

Lack of historical data
At the start of the partnership, there was no data available on previous performance marketing campaigns, making it harder to make sound decisions and optimize effectively.
Shifting from a branding to a performance approach
Previous efforts had focused mainly on building brand awareness. Moving to a results-driven strategy required changing both the approach and the marketing tools used.
Adapting the strategy to pandemic conditions
The COVID-19 pandemic created significant uncertainty in the entertainment industry, requiring flexibility and rapid adjustment of the marketing strategy to a fast-changing situation.
