1. How do you determine the pricing for each service?
Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the work, the estimated time required, and industry benchmarks. We strive to provide transparent and competitive rates.
2. Why is there no other model for PPC services besides % of ad spend?
We wanted our base model to be simple and fair for both sides. Even though this model is often seen as a convenient one for agencies, we believe that our internal model (70% of invoice value goes to project members), supports the engagement and effort that every member of our team puts into achieving your business goals.
3. Do you offer a success fee model?
We believe that any pricing model that has its foundation in performance metrics, requires a maximum level of trust, combined with excellence in web analytics & attribution. That’s why, we’re offering this model only to our trusted Clients and Partners, after a minimum of several months of co-operation.
4. Can I customize my digital marketing package?
Of course, however, the main proposition of the service mix comes from the mind of a selected Strategist from our team, based on your needs and business goals. The final decision is up to you. If you choose more than one service, the flat fee may be slightly lower, as the same POC (Point of Contact) will apply.
5. Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
No, we’re committed to being completely transparent about our services. Due to the complexity of each service we provide, it’s impossible to estimate the exact price in advance, but all minimum costs are outlined above and there are no hidden fees.
6. How long are your contracts?
All contracts (besides Web Development services) are signed for an indefinite period, with the right to terminate the agreement with one month’s notice, effective at the end of the calendar month.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
As mentioned above, each side has the right to terminate the agreement with one month’s notice, effective at the end of the calendar month. There are no penalties for cancellation, we’re not there to force someone to work with us if they’re unhappy with a service.
