About the brand

Weber is a globally recognized manufacturer of BBQ equipment and accessories.

With nearly 70 years of history, the company is best known for producing high-quality grills and grilling accessories. It operates across dozens of countries, promoting a grilling culture and a lifestyle centered around spending time together. Alongside hardware, Weber also develops its own app, educational content, and local marketing initiatives, building strong relationships with customers worldwide.

Collaboration

05/2018 – present

The partnership with Weber began with a need to organize analytics efforts and support tag management. Over time it grew into a broad-ranging partnership – from GA4 implementation and standardization of analytics tools, to running Meta Ads, Programmatic, and Google Ads campaigns across 17 markets. Our task was to ensure consistency, transparency, and control over marketing spend and performance at both the regional and global level.

Challenges

Fragmented marketing efforts
Campaigns were run separately across different markets with no central oversight, making it difficult to control budgets, results, and the flow of information.
Lack of analytics standardization
Each market operated on different setups and configurations, requiring the rollout of consistent measurement standards, GTM, GA4, and reporting practices.
Need for control and scalability
Weber was looking for a trusted partner to help streamline systems and campaigns across 17 markets, balancing local relevance with global consistency.
